Finding A Place To Call Home

The transition from treatment to independent living can present many challenges. These challenges vary from “what’s available”, "how can I afford it" and most importantly "will I be able to continue abstaining there". These questions we have heard for years during discharge planning in the treatment setting and with all the other distractions of that environment too many individuals are left to acquire this information on their own.

The action of moving is challenging to most everyone but locating sober housing or even a room for rent can present as a daunting task to someone in early recovery, our coaches can help to relieve some of that stress. By utilizing our vast resources and knowledge of the community-based providers we can locate and help to coordinate admission into safe housing.

Contact our team today and see about scheduling an evaluation which can lead yourself or your loved one into safe sober housing.
